Delicious grilled leg of mutton

Ingredients: two tablespoons of orange jam, three tablespoons of water, two large oranges, two tablespoons of fresh oregano, six cloves of garlic, two teaspoons of cayenne pepper, two tablespoons of oil or olive oil, 225 ml of cola, 1,7 kg of boneless leg of mutton cut into flat slices.

Mix the jam with water, grate orange peel and squeeze juice from it. You need to chop oregano and garlic finely. In a large plastic bag place the jam with water, juice, orange peel, oregano, garlic, cayenne pepper, oil, then put the meat inside and pour cola. The bag has to be tied and turned several times. Then insert everything into a bowl and set aside for at least two hours, preferably overnight. Half an hour before grilling take the meat out of the refrigerator, remove it from the bag, place on the hot barbeque and grill for about one hour, until meat gets tender. Then remove the meat from the barbeque, set aside for 15 minutes, cut into pieces and serve.
