Recipe for a mask from black therapeutic mud

To prepare the black therapeutic mud mask you will need:

  • black therapeutic mud,
  • a few teaspoons of caviar,
  • juice from half a lemon with pulp,
  • five drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide.

How to use mask

In a large, deep dish put some black therapeutic mud. Add five teaspoons of caviar and mash everything thoroughly with a fork. Then squeeze the juice from half a lemon with pulp and join all the other ingredients. Add five drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide. Then mix all the ingredients thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mass. Leave the mask on your face for about 20 minutes. Then wash off the mask with warm milk, or spring water. The The mask can also be washed with carbohydrate mineral water, or with boiled water – warm or cold. Black therapeutic mud has active ingredients that perfectly revitalize and deeply cleanse the skin from harmful substances. This mask acts like a scrub and thoroughly removes dead skin cells.
