Autumn diet

Similarly to the spring diet, this is a strictly seasonal diet.

Autumn is the season of the year during which occurs the discharge of fruits and vegetables, which contain large amounts of nutrients and are true vitamin bombs, so you need to use them not only to lose a few pounds and inches, which we disturb us in feeling well and in doing up the dresses, but also to the strengthen the immune system, which has to deal with a period of wind and rain, when it is very easy to get sick.

This diet can be used by almost everybody, and the most important thing in it is suitable food preparation, because fruits and vegetables which are not properly prepared easily and quickly can lose a significant part of their extremely valuable vitamins. Need to use steamer so much more than a deep frying pan with fat, and some vegetables such as carrots, celery, and parsley cook before peeling. For even greater impact on the health of the autumn diet can make a large amount of marine fish, the meat of which provides our bodies a steady supply of energy necessary for life.

As much vegetables as we can we should try to eat raw, it is possible with cabbage, spinach, lettuce, zucchini or peppers.
