Aromatherapy can eliminate or reduce cellulite. It restores the balance between body and mind. Essential oils can be used within the bath and massages the body, and also for inhalation. These oils can be combined with each other, but you should remember to use them together with the body-balm. However, don’t add too much oil into your balm, a few drops of essential oil is enough so as not to irritate the skin. Oils, mainly ready-mixed, always keep in a dark glass bottle and in a dry place, out of the  sunlight. This will prolong the storage of essential durability.

Essential oils can be used also for such diseases and ailments as: headaches, migraines, hyperactivity, high pressure, insomnia, obesity, fluid retention, upper respiratory tract infection, cough, sore throat, runny nose, seborrhea, greasy dandruff, anxiety, nervousness, insomnia, disorders diseases, sexual dysfunction, frigidity, insect bites, pain rheumatism, arthritis, myalgia, low blood pressure, lowering immunity.
