It is very often one of the main ways to treat high levels of bad cholesterol or LDL (Low Density Lipoproteins), which is the main cause of atherosclerotic changes in the blood vessels, cardiovascular disease and heart attacks, which are a very common cause of death in Poland , especially in the case of men.

Anti-cholesterol diet does not have to lose a few extra pounds, nor sculpt figures by reducing the “belly”, its goal is to reduce the amount of bad blood factor, which for a long time belittling us when we can consequently even cost lives. This is a very well-balanced diet, providing the body with everything that it needs to properly function, so it can be used for a long time, and by those who have serious problems with cholesterol, this diet can become a way of life.

Above all, avoid a whole range of foods that increase the level of LDL, and which include, but are not limited to: fat milk and dairy products, egg yolk, mayonnaise, jams, honey and marmalades, as well as all the products fried in deep fat, such as chips, donuts and potato pancakes. Instead, you should enrich meals with plenty of fresh vegetables, vegetable oils, legumes, and meats such as beef, veal and lean poultry, it is allowed to eat boiled potatoes and make a puree from them.
