To do this, soak the material on which the stain developed in warm water. After about half an hour try to wash it. Instead of soaking, you can put a damp cloth on the stain and wash residual stain afterwards. If these treatments do not help, you can wash the stain with a cotton ball moistened with alcohol or petroleum ether. For materials that do not are not susceptible to discoloration, you can use nail polish remover. Check if discoloration occurs before treatment. If not, use a nail polish remover to clean the stain.
