5 way of keeping your body firm

With age, your skin becomes more slender and loses its firmness. However, there are ways to stop this process. Meet homemade ways to keep your body firm.

Daily care

If you have used soap for your baths so far, it’s time to replace them with a soft gel or oil. Soap will dry your skin.

Shower

Although it may initially be quite unpleasant, alternating hot and cold showers for your body are perfect. Once you get used to sudden changes in temperature, after a while you will notice that your skin is more supple and elastic.

Rough glove

Rough gloves and washcloths are also great ways to firm your body at home. Daily massage in the bath will give you perfectly cleansed skin and support blood circulation.

Peeling

The basis for the care of the skin firmness is systematic peeling. You can buy ready-made peeling cosmetics at the drugstore or prepare them yourself at home, e.g. by adding sugar, coarse salt or oatmeal to plain yogurt.

Masks

Homemade masks are ideal for keeping your body firm. Firming properties, for example, can be found in a potato mask. Just boil them, mash and mix with the cooled fat sour cream. The prepared substance should be applied on a given part of the body for about 20 minutes. Such a mask should be used at least once a week.
