It is not necessary to write about the positive effect of face masks on our complexion, it is enough to know, that they improve the appearance of the skin greatly and immediately. Most importantly we do not need to spend money for such a face treatment at all; suitable ingredients can be found in every kitchen. It is sufficient to get to know a few simple recipes for homemade face masks in order to enjoy a beautiful and youthful skin.

Apple

It turns out that in the fight against acne and blackheads not only cosmetics and beauty treatments, but also food products are helpful, such as for example apples. You can prepare the apple face mask from apples, preferably rennet apples, two spoonfuls of honey, porridge oats and lemon juice. Peel the apple and grate it. Add a few drops of lemon juice, honey and porridge oats to it. Created pulp should have a rather thick consistency. Leave the face mask for 15 minutes and rinse it with lukewarm water.

Yeast mask

Another face mask that is effective in supporting the fight against acne, regulating the functioning of sebaceous glands and narrowing expanded pores is the yeast mask. Additionally it is helpful in restoring your tired, grey complexion. Just crush half a bone of yeast and add the spoonful of the lukewarm milk to it. Distribute the mask on your face and neck, wait until it hardens, and then rinse it with warm water.

Egg and honey mask

Homemade face masks are also great in order to smooth, to nourish and to revitalize the complexion. –Honey-egg face mask is also able to restore dry, exhausted skin. For preparing it we need the yolk of egg, honey, olive oil and the capsule with vitamin A and E. Honey should be combined with yolk, then a few drops of oil and contents of the capsule with vitamins should be added. The mixture should be put on the cleansed skin of theface and held this way for about 20 minutes. After this time the face should be rinsed with warm water.

Cucumber mask

The cucumber face mask will help us to remove face skin discoloration, and also have a moistening and cleansing effect. It is sufficient to wash and to peel an average-sized cucumber, take 2 slices, and grate the rest. You should add a teaspoon of lemon juice, a spoonful of fatty cottage cheese for dry complexion, or of natural yogurt for other sorts of complexions. You should put the mask on your face skin, the neck and the neckline, and lay slices of cucumber on your eyelids. After about 20 minutes take slices off, and wash the face mask with cool water.

Carrot- mask

Not everyone knows, that homemade face masks prepared from a carrot are granting a fine, golden tone to the complexion, just like after a solar bath. It will be sufficient to grate an average-sized carrot, add yolk and a teaspoonful of potato flour. Pulp should be rather thick. Put it on your face previously cleaned with exfoliation in order to be sure that ingredients will permeate your skin even deeper. Keep the mask 5 minutes on a face with light complexion, and 10 minutes on a swarthy complexion. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat moistening cream in.
