Daily care

If you use a soap in the bath, it is the best time to replace it with a gentle gel or ointment. This is because too much soap dries the skin.


An excellent – though, it might be initially quite unpleasant – way of toning the body is alternating cold and hot showers. Once you get used to sudden changes in temperature, after a while you notice that your skin is more firm and elastic.

Rough gloves and any kind of washers are also a great ways to firm body. Daily massage in the bath will give you perfectly cleansed skin and blood supply.
