The gold jewellery has it to itself, that after the certain time, it doesn’t look so beautifully. It deserves for mindful care so that it can enrapture with its brilliance. There is a lot of the ways to clean the gold jewellery. Here are a few of them.

Baking soda and soap flakes

We prepare the litre of warm water, 5 grams of sodas and 50 grams of soap flakes. We put the jewellery to such blend. The best way is to clean it in jar. We twist the jar and energetically shake it, for about 2 minutes. Next, we rinse the jewellery with running water and polish with soft cloth.

Salt solution

If a red coating appeared on the jewellery, normal cleaning won’t help. It’s necessary to prepare solution from 5 teaspoons of the salt and the litre of boiling water and to wet the jewellery in it. We are put the aluminum foil to the bottom and sides. We change solution so long, until water stops getting dirty. In the end we wash the jewellery with water with soap.

Vodka

The simple way for cleaning the gold jewellery is ordinary vodka. We put the jewellery to the glass, filled up with alcohol and we leave it for the night. We can successfully replace vodka with cola.

Citric acid

The citric acid will help to remove the green coating from the surface of gold. It will be sufficient to sink the jewellery in it. If the coating is slight, a lemon juice will be enough.
