3-days diet

It is one of a whole series of short, but very intensive diets that are designed to help us if, for example, the opportunity of wear a nice dress is coming closely, but unfortunately it turns out to be little bit for us.

Rigorous approach to the 3-days diet can bring amazing results in a loss of up to 5 pounds. Unfortunately, this is not an ideal diet because it does not lead us to lose weight, do not model the figure, and lost kilogram will be water which we get rid of the excess from the body and which return as soon as we finish our 3-day rigor. Due to the drastic reduction of nutrients this diet cannot be recommended for the sick people or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

3 days diet is also associated with additional risks. If we decide on it in the summer time, we must remember that we are losing water, which supplement the stocks, which could in turn lead to serious consequences of dehydration. Therefore, if we notice  the symptoms which may suggest this fact, such as dizziness, headaches, nausea, fainting or intermittent, we have to stop the diet immediately. If you manage to survive three days fighting against this type of diet, for another you must wait at least five days, during which we should eat quite normal to recover nutrients leached during rigorous diet.
